In a recent interview for Allure, the board-certified dermatologist and co-director of clinical research at Chicago Cosmetic Surgery and Dermatology Omer Ibrahim explained the importance of caring for the skin during the summer: “A solid routine should be applicable to all seasons and all climates. With that said, there are a couple of changes one might consider when transitioning from winter to summer”.

1. SUNSCREEN

Darling, you can not stop using this product, whatever is the occasion and season! Maybe you don’t realize it, but we are always exposed to the sun’s rays, and, depending on the number of ones that penetrate our skin, these can stain and hurt our skin forever.
For that, never stop using sunscreen and opt for broad-spectrum sunscreen of SPF 30. It is an essential product!

2. THERMAL WATER

There is no better product for summer than micellar water. You can put it in your bag and splash it on your skin as many times as you want.
