BEAUTY GOSSIP: NEON EYES

I don’t wear a ton of face makeup, which I think allows me to go overboard with pungent eyeshadows. I’m living for this rebellious take on pretty as seen at Vivienne Westwood by makeup artist Val Garland. The look is rather simple to create, just pick up the NYX Ultimate Shadow Palette and coat your eyes top and bottom.
