RIHANNA HAS RETURNED (AND BROUGHT DRAKE WITH HER)

It’s pretty clear that the world has been waiting with bated breath for Rihanna’s return seeing as how her newest single “Work” has already reached #1 on iTunes. This morning she tweeted out the news of her new single’s debut. With “Work,” it seems like RiRi is going back to the roots of her first few records (i.e. when “Rude Boy” dominated our playlists), and she brought Drake along for the ride. The R&B-infused pop track is full of island vibes and basically makes us want to leave all blizzards behind. If you liked “BBHMM,” you might not like “Work,” since it’s sonically more of a house track, which makes us think ANTI might be a bit all over the place. We’ll just have to wait and see.

Although, rumors have been swirling that ANTI will finally drop this week, but can we believe them? Maybe Kanye West’s upcoming album drop sped things up. Adele and Beyoncé have made us wait, so why wouldn’t Rihanna?
