SZA IS STRIVING TO BE HER TRUEST SELF ON FORTHCOMING ALBUM  

It’s been a while since SZA released a record – three years to be exact. Perhaps it’s taken a minute because of some internal conflict SZA had with her label, but we’re finally going to be #blessed with her new LP CTRL. Instead of writing figuratively, she writes from a literal perspective this time around. On the album, she confronts racial politics, self-hate and religion. Hopefully it’ll be just as exciting as her first single off the LP “Drew Barrymore.”
