STYLE CRUSH: MADEME
Sep 16, 2016
We’re obsessed with NYC’s freshest “by-girls-for-girls” street-label, “MadeMe“. For Fall, “MadeMe” the creation of Erin Magee (Supreme’s Head of Product Development), is serving up a 90’s cool girl vibe with a new kind of uniform for today’s generation of riot grrrls.
MadeMe’s been killing it for quite some time. They’ve done awesome collabs with Schott, Vans, Underground, and lingerie with Me+You, and Stüssy – while building a highly coveted cult-like following amongst Young Hollywood celebrities along the way. The clothes are young and punk-inspired, with a grungy-yet-undeniably feminine vibe but transcend all genders and can be rocked by all.
The Fall collection includes reversible acid-wash bomber jackets, crochet sweaters, a pair of wide leg, stonewashed cropped jeans with a World Peace screen print in black along the pant legs, as well as retro mock neck tops printed all over with the words “Earth Crisis.” Check out the super rad lookbook and shop the collection here.
